Day 2

Well it's only half way through day 2 of working out and dieting but I thought I would post now before I forget later in the day. It seems that when Kyle gets home things get more busy and I don't have as much time! LOL. Well I woke up and did the Ab Ripper X on P90X this morning (yesterday I did Cardio after I posted on here) and then I took 2 Green Tea Pills (Green Tea Fat Burner found at Wal Mart) and a metabolism pill (Thermo X found at Harmons). They are going to be part of my every day life now. They are also both under $10 and the Thermo X has 60 pills and the Green Tea has 90 Pills. I will only have to buy them once a month. Hopefully with exercise and diet they will work and make me feel better. I skipped breakfast this morning (I have been sick lately and have been sleeping in) and I am going to go make me some pineapple for lunch. So far I have been doing good, granted it's only been almost 2 days. LOL. Hope to talk to you all tomorrow! Thanks for the support!!

New Year... New Nicole

I have started this blog so that I can track weight loss and hopefully keep me motivated to keep loosing! After having Corbyn I have had a very hard time loosing the baby weight and all the other stresses of the world have not made it any easier. I have made it my goal to loose weight and to keep it off and stay healthy. I currently need to loose about 90 to 100 lbs. Yes that's right, 100lbs. It's kinda like Biggest Looser. I will be posting on here everyday and if not everyday, then every other day. I am going to be working out and eating right from now on. I have a gym membership and I am planning on making it to the gym so that I'm not just waisting my money. I will weigh in every Monday and be posting pictures of my progress. I will start the diet part today and, because it's Wednesday, I will post my first weight on Monday.
